Scope of Work

You can work as an online / Offline marketing executive official agree to;

1. Reach out to prospective merchants daily (minimum of 10 per day)
2. Successfully onboard at least 20 verified merchants per month
3. Assist newly registered merchants in understanding the platform
4. Attend official training and team briefings (online/offline).
5. Uphold Bucard’s standards in communication, presentation, and ethics.

Compensation & Incentives

Upon successful execution of his duties and meeting monthly targets, Bucard Business Hub agrees to provide the following:

1. Monthly Allowance: ₦50,000
2. Sign-Up Bonus: 5% commission on each successfully onboarded merchant
3. Performance Bonus: 20% additional reward when monthly target is exceeded
4. Monthly Bucoin Asset Bonus: ₦10,000 equivalent
